We loved the spacious room and comfy bed, but the bathroom could really use a proper shower door-turned into a puddle! The pool was an awesome spot to chill after exploring.

The room is functional and new-fashioned, comes with a double bed, aircon plus coffee. Every staff member is very efficient and strives to meet your needs. Its location is peaceful reasonably close to old port area.

Easy parking, delightful pool and spa, spacious grounds, view of Pont de Normandie.
No restaurant, room rather small for such a smart hotel atmosphere, no kettle in room.

Charging for bottled water feels off for a hotel of this caliber. The annex rooms give an impression of being adapted rather than intended for hotel use, with the bathroom's design feeling outdated. The limited towels provided are inadequate considering the amenities like the pool should come with proper sets for both swimming and regular use.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The accommodation was excellent for our needs (three single beds). Secure accommodation for our bicycles was provided and was very good.
There was nothing about the hotel that our party of three had a problem with.

On arrival there was a problem with the family room for four that we had booked and it was not available. We were offered a variety of options but agreed on a triple room with an extra bed squeezed in. We were charged for the cheaper room rate and nothing for the extra bed. We were also given breakfast for four at half price and a free round of drinks for our inconvenience. This was very acceptable and good customer service.
Unable to obtain any food in the hotel during the afternoon only a drink from the bar. Even a sandwich or similar would have been nice.

A good family escape
Our family enjoyed the spacious quadruple room and the good pool area. Breakfast was a treat, with a nice selection of pastries and fresh choices. The vibrant garden.
The location was a bit farther than anticipated from the town center. Charging for bottled water felt a bit off, especially in a hotel setting. Some minor updates could enhance the public areas.

Very nice Price/quality ratio and good spa facilities.
The only thing that it's not very pratical is when you stay in the building next to the hotel main building because you need to go outside too access the main facilities (for breakfast, reception, spa, pool). we also found that the swimming pool is crowded with children when you're supposed to be relaxing in...

A well located out of town location and quiet at night. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts were very good compared to other similarly priced hotels we have used and there was plenty of time to enjoy this meal. The boutique shop was excellent being well laid out with some different items available for sale.
Unusually there was no shower curtain fitted along the bath with the obvious consequences. I discovered that this was common to all rooms.
